I'm Kelli and I help busy families plan amazing (and magical) vacations without the stress and overwhelm.
When you think about your family’s Disney vacation, what comes to mind?
Maybe it’s watching your kids catch their first glimpse of Cinderella Castle. Maybe it’s sharing a Mickey-shaped pretzel, riding your favorite attraction together, or finding the perfect spot for Happily Ever After. Those are the moments we dream about, and for good reason.
But I’ve come to believe something that might surprise you.
Your vacation doesn’t begin when you arrive.
It begins the moment you decide to go.
From that day forward, the excitement grows. Your family starts dreaming together. The countdown begins. Your kids ask how many days are left. You start imagining where you’ll stay, what you’ll experience, and all the memories waiting to be made.
The anticipation becomes part of the adventure.
Then, almost without realizing it, the excitement starts competing with the logistics.
Which resort is the best fit for our family? Should we add Park Hopper? Is the Dining Plan worth it? How do Lightning Lanes work? When can we book dining reservations? What if our favorite ride is closed? Are we planning enough? Are we planning too much?
It’s no wonder so many moms tell me they feel excited and overwhelmed at the exact same time!
I don’t think the months before your vacation were ever meant to feel that way.
I think they matter just as much as the vacation itself.
One of my favorite parts of what I do is getting to know the families I serve before we ever talk about resorts or restaurants.
I want to know what your kids are excited about. I want to know if this is your toddler’s first trip, if grandparents are joining you, or if you’ve been dreaming about this vacation for years. I want to know whether your family loves an action-packed itinerary or if your favorite vacation memories are made by slowing down and just being together.
Those conversations matter because no two families are the same.
The best Disney vacation isn’t the one with the most rides, the fanciest resort, or the perfectly optimized itinerary. It’s the one that reflects your family’s priorities and gives you space to enjoy being together.
That’s what we’re planning for!
Once your vacation is booked, my work is just getting started.
I’m keeping up with ride refurbishments, entertainment updates, and resort changes. I’m watching reservation windows, planning dining strategies, and staying current on the details that can make a big difference in your experience.
When it’s time to book dining reservations, I already know your top picks and I’m at my computer.
When it’s time to choose Lightning Lanes, I already know which attractions tend to book first, which ones are on your can’t-miss list, and how to prioritize them based on your family’s goals.
When a question pops into your head while you’re waiting at school pick up or folding laundry, you don’t have to spend an hour searching Facebook groups hoping someone gives you the right answer (or answers at all) because I’m a text away.
You have someone who already knows your plans, someone who knows your family, and who’s in your corner cultivating an incredible experience from the very beginning!
As I’ve spent more time serving families, I’ve realized something about the work I do.
Yes, I book vacations. I make dining reservations, build itineraries, keep up with Disney’s ever-changing policies, and answer a lot of questions along the way. But none of those things are the reason I love this job so much.
What I really love is giving families permission to simply look forward to their vacation.
While you’re busy with work, packing lunches, running errands, helping with homework, or cheering from the sidelines at your child’s game, I’m paying attention to the details. I’m keeping up with ride refurbishments and entertainment updates, watching for reservation windows to open, comparing resort options, and making sure the plans we’ve built together still fit your family’s goals.
Could you do all of those things yourself? Absolutely. Many families do! But just because you can doesn’t mean you have to.
As a wife and mom of 4 myself, I know your time is valuable. I think your peace of mind matters. And I think the months leading up to your vacation should be filled with anticipation instead of second-guessing every decision you’ve made.
That’s what I hope to give every family I work with.
Disney is incredible at creating magical destinations. They know their resorts, attractions, restaurants, and entertainment better than anyone.
My role is different – I get to know your family.
I learn whether your kids are early risers or slow starters. Whether your youngest has been talking about meeting Mickey for months or your oldest has their heart set on riding TRON. I learn whether Grandma needs a slower pace, whether you’re celebrating something special, and whether your family would rather squeeze every minute out of the parks or leave room for afternoons by the pool.
Those conversations shape every recommendation I make because no two families deserve the exact same vacation.
Disney knows Disney.
I know the family experiencing it.
And I think that’s exactly how it should be!
The older I get, the more I realize that some of my favorite vacation memories actually happened before we ever left home.
They happened around the dinner table while we talked about what we were most excited to experience. They happened while counting down the days, picking matching shirts, or hearing the kids ask, “How many more sleeps?” for what felt like the hundredth time. Magic happens in the dreaming, the planning, and the excitement of knowing something special is just around the corner.
Those moments at home matter. They’re part of the vacation, too.
That’s why I believe the months before your vacation deserve just as much care as the time you’re away.
My job isn’t simply to help you book a Disney vacation. It’s to make sure you can enjoy the anticipation without carrying the weight of every decision on your own. By the time you pull out your suitcase, I want you to feel confident, prepared, and genuinely excited – not because you figured everything out yourself, but because you had someone walking alongside you from the very beginning.
Because the magic doesn’t start when you walk down Main Street.
It starts the moment you decide to make those memories together.
If a Disney vacation has been on your family’s heart, I’d love to help you enjoy the planning as much as the vacation itself. Whether you’re just beginning to dream or you’re ready to choose dates, I’m always happy to answer questions, talk through ideas, and help you create a trip that’s thoughtfully planned around the people you love most!
