I'm Kelli and I help busy families plan amazing (and magical) vacations without the stress and overwhelm.
One of the funniest assumptions people make when I tell them I’m a Disney travel planner?
People often assume my job is just booking Disney vacations. And honestly? That’s probably the smallest part of what I actually do!
Because planning a Walt Disney World vacation today is VERY different than it was even ten years ago!
Between:
…it can start feeling overwhelming really quickly when you’re doing it all on your own. Especially for busy moms already carrying the mental load of everyday life!
And that’s where a good Disney travel planner changes the entire experience.
Yes, I book the actual vacation package, but most of my job happens in the weeks and months AFTER someone pays that first deposit.
I help families figure out which resort actually fits their travel style and priorities, not just the one trending on social media. I help navigate transportation questions, dining reservations, Lightning Lane decisions, room requests, and pacing strategies. I’m constantly watching for promotions that could potentially save my clients money after booking. I help troubleshoot app confusion, modify reservations, answer last-minute questions, and honestly…sometimes it’s handling details or hiccups before they are even an issue!
Because planning a Disney vacation is a lot of moving parts and can easily feel like a LOT.
One of the biggest misconceptions about Disney planning is that it’s simply about organization.
But truly great Disney trips are about understanding people.
A family traveling with toddlers needs a completely different strategy than grandparents taking older grandkids.
A couple celebrating an anniversary needs a different pace than a family trying to maximize every park.
Some families prioritize convenience, others prioritize immersive theming.
Some want every dining reservation possible, others want slower mornings and pool afternoons.
There isn’t one “perfect” Disney itinerary and that’s why personalized planning matters so much!
Sometimes the most valuable parts of my job are the little things clients never even see happening behind the scenes.
Like waking up before sunrise to try for a hard-to-get dining reservation, monitoring Disney promotions after booking, helping adjust park plans when weather shifts, explaining Lightning Lane in a way that actually makes sense, or simply helping families feel calmer and more prepared before their trip even begins.
Because Disney should feel magical, not stressful!
Honestly, I think the best Disney vacations are the ones where families feel supported enough to actually enjoy being together.
Not the ones where every second is optimized.
Not the ones packed wall-to-wall with pressure.
But the ones where parents can breathe a little easier because someone helped carry the planning load ahead of time. They walk into their dream vacation with peace of mind knowing someone ironed out the details and has their back before, during, and even after their travel days.
And that’s ultimately the heart behind Kelli Creates Magic.
I plan the details. You make the memories.
