I'm Kelli and I help busy families plan amazing (and magical) vacations without the stress and overwhelm.
Disney is magical for a lot of reasons—but let’s be honest, the snacks are half the fun! Whether you’re starting the day with a pastry, cooling off with a frozen treat, or sharing something savory while waiting for a parade, Magic Kingdom is packed with snack-worthy stops. Here’s your guide to the best snacks in Magic Kingdom—both sweet and savory—so you can taste your way through the park like a pro.
Cheshire Cat Tail (Cheshire Café) – Flaky pastry, gooey chocolate filling, and a drizzle of colorful icing—it’s as whimsical as it sounds. Perfect for a quick grab-and-go breakfast. Pair it with Joffrey’s coffee and you’re ready to rope drop.
Giant Cinnamon Roll (Gaston’s Tavern) – Massive, warm, and totally shareable. Bonus points if you wash it down with LeFou’s Brew (a frozen apple juice slush with passionfruit foam).
Nutella Waffle Sandwich (Sleepy Hollow) – A freshly made waffle loaded with Nutella and fruit. Sweet enough to share, but you’ll want it all to yourself!
Funnel Cakes (Sleepy Hollow) – Classic fair food with a Disney twist. Look for seasonal toppings like strawberries, whipped cream, or even holiday extras!
Churros (Carts throughout the park) – Simple, sugary, and iconic. Some days they’re fresher than others, but there’s something about holding a warm churro on Main Street that just feels right.
Mickey Pretzel (Snack Carts) – Because everything tastes better Mickey-shaped. Comes with an optional side of cheese sauce and it’s perfect for sharing or as a light lunch.
Cheeseburger & Pizza Spring Rolls (Adventureland Cart) – Legendary, crispy, and absolutely delicious! Cheeseburger is the fan-favorite, but pizza spring rolls are a strong contender. Pro tip: these sell out, so grab them earlier in the day!
Corn Dog Nuggets (Casey’s Corner) – A Magic Kingdom staple. Bite-sized, shareable, and extra delicious with cheese sauce. Perfect for picky eaters and snacky teens alike.
Turkey Leg (Liberty Square & Frontierland Carts) – Protein-packed and not for the faint of heart. If you don’t mind looking like a barbarian gnawing on meat in the middle of Fantasyland, this is the snack for you! (Bonus: makes for hilarious family photos!)
Dole Whip (Aloha Isle) – The classic pineapple soft serve. Light, refreshing, and a rite of passage at Disney. Go for pineapple, vanilla, or a fun swirl!
Peter Pan Float (Storybook Treats) – Lime Dole Whip + Sprite + a little chocolate feather. Colorful, refreshing, and Insta-worthy.
Citrus Swirl (Sunshine Tree Terrace) – Old-school Disney at its best—frozen orange juice swirled with vanilla soft serve. A little tart, a little creamy, and totally refreshing.
Popcorn Buckets – The popcorn itself is salty, buttery, and great for snacking—but the real star here is the collectible bucket. Disney rotates designs seasonally (pumpkins at Halloween, holiday themed at Christmas, sometimes even Star Wars or Figment!). The buckets are refillable at a lower price point than the paper boxes, so if you have a big crew, it could actually save you some money in the long run!
Snacks at Magic Kingdom are more than just food—they’re part of the Disney experience. Whether it’s your first bite of a Mickey pretzel, a Dole Whip on a hot afternoon, or sharing a cinnamon roll the size of your face, these little treats often become big memories! ✨ Pro tip: I always help my clients build in snack breaks that fit their family’s style. Because the right food stops can make the difference between meltdowns and magical moments!
