I'm Kelli and I help busy families plan amazing (and magical) vacations without the stress and overwhelm.
They don’t wear capes.
But they do carry the park bag, remember the sunscreen, navigate the crowds, and somehow still manage to be the ones holding little hands during the fireworks.
They’re the ones who think of everything—the matching shirts, the reservation reminders, the glow sticks tucked away for nighttime magic.
They quietly skip their own must-do list to make sure everyone else’s dreams come true.
They’re the ones behind the camera, capturing the moment.
And the ones behind the magic, creating it.
These are the moms I get to serve.
And they are the real magic makers.
When I talk to moms about their Disney dreams, they rarely say “I want to ride every ride” or “I’m dying to try that one snack.”
What I hear—over and over—is this:
“I just want to make memories with my kids while they’re little.”
“I want to soak it in before they’re grown.”
“I want to be fully present—without the stress.”
That’s what drives me. Because as a mom myself, I get it.
Planning a Disney vacation can feel overwhelming and exhausting—but it doesn’t have to.
When the details are handled and the schedule makes sense and there’s room to just be, moms finally get to enjoy the magic, too.
And let me tell you, they deserve it.
To the moms making magic in the everyday:
I see you.
You might not be planning a Disney trip right now.
You might just be planning dinner.
Or juggling back-to-back practices.
Or holding a baby who won’t sleep while the laundry piles up and the to-do list goes untouched.
You’re the one who shows up—day in and day out—making space for joy in the chaos.
The one who remembers the water bottles, signs the permission slips, wraps the birthday gifts, and packs the car like a Tetris champion.
You’re the calm in the meltdown. The glue in the group project.
The one who makes home feel like the safest place on earth.
You are the magic.
In the messy, in the mundane, in the ordinary moments that shape extraordinary childhoods.
And whether you’re creating memories on Main Street or around your kitchen table,
the love, intention, and care you pour out? It matters.
So here’s your reminder:
The magic isn’t just in the destination.
It’s in you.
Right here, in the middle of the beautiful, exhausting, incredible work of raising kids and creating a beautiful life.
I grew up going to Disney nearly every summer with my mom and our family.
She planned every detail—from the goodie bags for our long car rides to packing the suitcases and park snacks.
I still remember fireworks bursting overhead, the smell of popcorn and pavement, and the joy of picking out a souvenir. One of my first? A little etched glass cup with Winnie the Pooh and my name on it—I still have it to this day.
The memories I made at those parks shaped me more than I realized.
And now, I get to be the one who makes the magic for my own children.
Even sweeter? I still get to watch my mom—now “Mimi”—light up when she takes her grandkids to experience it all over again.
It’s full-circle.
It’s forever.
The magic is absolutely in the memories.
If you’ve been dreaming about a Disney vacation but don’t know where to start—or if the mental load of planning feels like too much on top of everything else—you don’t have to do it alone.
I help busy moms plan magical, meaningful vacations for their families—with concierge-level care, helpful insight, and zero pressure.
You handle the hugs.
I’ll handle the hold times.
Because the magic doesn’t start when you walk into the park.
It starts the moment you decide you’re going.
And friend? You deserve to enjoy every moment of it.
